General Terms & Conditions

1. Company Information

These Terms apply to all sales made through this website, operated by:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

At checkout, you are required to explicitly accept these Terms before completing your order. Orders cannot be completed without this acceptance.


3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or system errors
  • Payment or security concerns

4. Pricing & VAT

Prices are displayed according to applicable tax rules.

  • EU VAT-registered businesses may request reverse charge invoicing
  • Valid VAT number verification is required

5. Payments

We accept:

  • PayPal (account or card)
  • Bank Transfer (NBG & Eurobank)

Orders are processed after payment confirmation or in accordance with agreed payment terms (where applicable). PROPOUS HELLAS S.A. reserves the right to delay or cancel any order if payment requirements are not met.


6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery

7. Customs & Duties

For international shipments:

  • Duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included
  • These are the responsibility of the customer

8. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers (EU only)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Products must be returned complete, including all accessories and documentation
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.


International Customers (Non-EU)

Returns from customers outside the European Union are accepted only with prior written approval.

Unless the return is due to an error or fault attributable to PROPOUS HELLAS S.A.:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges
  • Any customs clearance fees incurred upon return will be deducted from the refund

If a returned shipment is refused, delayed, or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, no refund will be issued.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.


Business Customers (B2B)

Returns are accepted strictly under the following conditions:

  • Prior written authorization is required
  • Requests must be made within 30 days from delivery
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply
  • Return shipping, duties, and all related costs are borne by the customer

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Special order or non-stock items
  • Electrical or electronic components once installed or used
  • Products not in resalable condition

Returns are not intended as a trial or evaluation option.

PROPOUS HELLAS S.A. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.


9. Return Authorization

All returns must be authorized in advance.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.


10. Shipping Damage

  • Inspect packages upon delivery
  • Report visible damage immediately to the courier
  • Hidden damage must be reported within 2 days

11. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Notify us within 2 business days
  • We will arrange replacement at our cost

12. Defective Products

  • Notify within 30 days
  • Product will be inspected and replaced if defective

If no defect is found:

  • Return costs and restocking fees may apply

13. Product Suitability

Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility before purchase.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product

This does not affect statutory consumer rights.


15. Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or incorrect application

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.


17. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
